The Minister of Forestry recently issued Regulation No. P. 21/Menhut-II/2014 on Environment Management and Monitoring of Forestry Activities (?Regulation?). The Regulation essentially provides technical guidelines for businesses in the forestry sector in drafting the necessary support documents to acquire an Environmental License.

The Indonesian Ecolabel Logo (?Ecolabel Logo?) of significance to producers and trademark holders intending to affix the Ecolabel Logo to their products to certify that their product is environmentally friendly (Art. 1 (4), Regulation).
