The Minister of Trade recently issued Regulation No. 80 of 2018, which further amends Regulation of the Minister No. 82 of 2017 on Provisions for the Utilization of National Maritime Transportation and Insurance for the Importation and Exportation of Certain Goods.

In order to harmonize regulations which address the salvage and removal of the wreckage of vessels, the Minister of Transportation has issued Regulation No. PM 38 of 2018, which amends Regulation of the Minister No. PM 71 of 2013 on Salvage and/or Underwater Work for a second time.

The government has issued Regulation No. 37 of 2017 on Traffic and Road Transportation Safety, which serves as an implementation of Article 205 and Article 207 of Law No. 22 of 2009 on Traffic and Road Transportation.
