Regulation 20/2025 introduces a set of guidelines which should be used to calculate fees for receivers and administrators. These fees differ dependent on case complexity and outcomes (settlement, asset liquidation or petition rejection). In Suspension of Debt Payment Obligation (Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang/PKPU) cases, administrators fees are agreed between parties or set by judges within defined limits. Additionally, fees for any added or replaced receivers or administrators will be determined during creditors meetings, with the relevant outcomes being submitted to judges and charged to bankruptcy costs.

State protection has now been regulated to cover prosecutors and their family members, who include direct blood relations up and down the family line and sideways up to the third degree, as well as spouses and dependents. The protection provided by the Indonesian Police Force ("Police") now includes personal security, residential protection, the safeguarding of new residences or safe houses, property protection, the protection of identity confidentiality and various other forms of protection, as required and based on the situation in hand.

Regulation 3/2025 introduces a renewed disciplinary framework that now applies not only to doctors and dentists but also to other types of healthcare professionals. Complaints must now be submitted via the National Health Information System (Sistem Informasi Kesehatan Nasional/SIKN) within three years of any incident and should be supported by adequate evidence of a patient-provider relationship. Where online submission is not feasible, manual filing with the Professional Disciplinary Council (Majelis Disiplin Profesi/MDP) remains available. Respondents are given five working days which to offer a response, while examinations must be concluded within 60 calendar days

Decree 15/2025 has been issued in a bid to strengthen judicial integrity by requiring judges to disclose any relationships and affiliations that may lead to conflicts of interest, including family ties up to the third degree of separation, as well as social connections and financial interests. Said disclosures must be updated through the Court Information System (Sistem Informasi Pengadilan/SIP). Moreover, if any conflicting personal relationships and affiliations arise during any cases, then the relevant judges must resign from said cases. The Head of the Supreme Court should then appoint a replacement in order to ensure impartiality.

Lecturers have been classified into two main categories, permanent lecturers (i.e. lecturers who are employed full-time and required to meet minimum workloads) and non-permanent lecturers (i.e. lecturers who work part-time and have fewer obligations). Furthermore, a new set of administrative sanctions will apply to state or private higher education institutions that commit a wide range of violations during the employment, certification and/or provision of benefits to lecturers. Said sanctions range from written reprimands and suspensions of activities up to the revocation of issued permits.

Human resources development mandates for financing companies, venture-capital companies (Perusahaan Modal Ventura "PMV"), micro-financing institutions and other types of financial services institutions (collectively referred to as "PVML") have been classified into four categories that break down as follows: 1) Organizational structure (e.g. dedicated functions for human resources development, fulfillment of sustainability requirements and outsourced human resources); 2) Funding of human resources development (i.e. mandatory allocation of 2.5% of total manpower funding over the previous year to PMVL that do not fall into the micro-financing institution and medium-scale, non-micro-financing PVML institution categories); 3) Implementation of human resources development (e.g. in relation to the PVML sector, non-PVML sectors [e.g. banking, capital market, information technology and so forth] and other work competency developments); and 4) Planning, policies and monitoring (e.g. establishment of systems and procedures for the sustainable development of PMVL human resources).

A total of 20 competencies apply to various geothermal steam-field facility equipment ("Equipment") maintenance ("Maintenance") technicians and analysts that relate to the maintenance of Equipment and these are outlined under the Appendix to Decree 206/2023. In this regard, the Appendix to Decree 206/2023 specifically addresses Maintenance preparations and the implementation of competencies in relation to the following objects: 1) Valves and wellheads; 2) Distribution pipes, pressure vessels (bejana tekan) and protection; 3) Electrical, instruments and control equipment; and 4) Supporting systems

The competence units that have been introduced under the decree include the following: 1) Stipulation of PDP strategy; 2) Preparation of a PDP risk matrix; 3) Implementation of the monitoring of PDP in accordance with compliance with relevant regulations; 4) Preparation of PDP governance; 5) Ensuring that PDP is fully integrated into incident response management

Candidate IP Consultants are required to take IP Consultants examinations after they have participated in mandatory IP Consultant training programs , both of which are mandatory IP Consultant appointment requirements

Various aspects and requirements have been determined in relation to the above matters and include the following: 1) Availability of SDM directors; 2) Mandatory funding; 3) Optional provision of outsourcing; 4) Involvement of SDM in competence development programs; and 5) Identification and determination of critical functions and positions
