Minister of Manpower Introduces 20 SKKNI for Geothermal Steam-Field Facility Maintenance Technicians and Analysts

The Minister of Manpower (“Minister”) has issued Decree No. 206 of 2023 (“Decree 206/2023”), which stipulates a number of Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia – “SKKNI”) for the mining and excavation category of the oil-and-gas and geothermal main group for the positions of geothermal steam-field facility equipment (“Equipment”) maintenance (“Maintenance”) technicians and analysts (collectively referred to as “Maintenance Experts”), and which has been in force since 9 October 2023.[1]
