SKKNI Within the PDP Sector: 19 Competencies Available

The Minister of Manpower (“Minister”) has issued Decree No. 103 of 2023 on the Stipulation of Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia – “SKKNI”) for the Information and Communications Category of Main Classifications of Programming Activities, Computer Consultations and Related Activities (yang berhubungan dengan itu/YBDI) Within the Personal Data Protection (“PDP”) Expertise Sector (“Decree 103/2023”), which has been in force since 23 June 2023.
