As an implementing regulation of both Law No. 40 of 2004 on the National Health Insurance System and Law No. 24 of 2011 on the Organization and Administration of Social Security, the Government has issued Regulation of the President No. 82 of 2018 on Health Insurance.

The Financial Services Authority recently updated provisions which address the acquisition of publicly traded companies through the issuance Regulation No. 9/POJK.04/2018 on the Acquisition of Publicly Traded Companies.

The Minister of Trade recently issued Regulation No. 80 of 2018, which further amends Regulation of the Minister No. 82 of 2017 on Provisions for the Utilization of National Maritime Transportation and Insurance for the Importation and Exportation of Certain Goods.
