Assessments of construction failures encompass the following stages: 1) Reporting of construction failure incidents by construction-service users, owners/persons-in-charge/managers of constructions or any parties that sustain any direct losses as a result of said incidents; 2) Appointment of individuals, groups or agencies that will assess said failures and the drawing up working assessment agreements with construction-service users or owners/persons-in-charge of constructions; 3) Implementation of various assessment measures, including examinations of the legality of documents and/or licenses that relate to the relevant construction objects, analysis of the causes of failure and assessment of indemnification amounts; 4) Reporting of assessment results
