In order to secure this certification, business actors must submit certification applications containing the following categories of information: 1) Applicant information; 2) Product information; and 3) Production process information.

The Domestic Product ("Products") Utilization Awards are organized annually by the Minister of Industry and feature awards that are won by eligible parties that comprise users (e.g. government entities and certain business entities) and manufacturers (ranging from small-scale to large-scale industries) that provide Products during procurements of goods/services by the aforementioned users

SPKLU business entities are required to provide SPKLU at one or more of the following locations in accordance with the relevant charging: 1) Settlements; 2) Offices; 3) Malls and other shopping centers; 4) Arterial roads; 5) Highway rest areas; 6) Public refueling stations (gas stations); and 7) Parking lots or other open areas

All non-motorcycle motor vehicles with combustion engines may be converted into battery-powered electric motor vehicles through the changing of their engine systems from combustion engines to electric motors, provided that: 1) Said motor vehicles have been registered and identified, as evidenced through motor-vehicle owners books and motor-vehicle registration certificates; and 2) Said motor vehicles must have copies of the relevant master cards and/or test cards, as issued by periodic-test working units (for the conversion of motor vehicles that are required to undergo periodic testing only)

Calculations of TKDN value should be completed based on the accumulation of domestic components (Komponen Dalam Negeri) which represent the relevant production costs that are incurred during the production of one single product unit. Said production costs encompass: 1) Manufacturing aspect with a weight of 80% of the relevant TKDN value; and 2) Development aspect with a weight of 20% of the relevant TKDN value

Holders of TKDN-value certificates are now required to self-calculate their TKDN values on an annual basis from the dates upon which their certificates are issued and to report the relevant results to the Director-General of Metal, Machinery, Transportation and Electronics Industries

Business actors must participate in the provision of bulk cooking oil. Said participation can be conducted after business actors have first secured registration numbers via the National Industrial Information System and after the signing of the provision of bulk cooking oil financing agreements

LCEV have been divided up into six categories in accordance with their technical specifications, specifically: 1) Affordable Four-Wheeled Energy-Saving Vehicles (Kendaraan Bermotor Roda Empat yang Hemat Energi dan Harga Terjangkau/KBH2); 2) Hybrid Electric Vehicles; 3) Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV); 4) Fuel-Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEV); 5) Flexy Engine Vehicles; and 6) Battery Electric Vehicles
