Certain amounts of PPN that are imposed upon deliveries of certain four-wheeled, battery-powered KBL ("Vehicles") and certain battery-based KBL buses ("Buses") will be borne by the government if said objects meet the following mandatory Domestic Component Levels (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri "TKDN"): a) Vehicles: 40% TKDN at the minimum; and b) Buses: 40% TKDN at the minimum; and c) Buses: 20% TKDN at the minimum and 40% TKDN at the maximum
All exhibited goods that enter into storage areas should be classified as: 1) Goods that will be exhibited; and 2) Goods that support exhibition requirements and that will be re-exported. Companies that are registered under the Assistance Program are subject to the following prohibitions: 1) Must not increase the sales prices of any Electric Motorcycles that have been determined under the Assistance Program; and/or 2) Must not alter any production components in ways that decrease their mandatory minimum TKDN value of 40%.
Working hours can be adjusted by IPKBE in line with one of the following options: 1) Seven hours/day and 40 hours/week for six business days weekly; or 2) Eight hours/day and 40 hours/week for five business days weekly. Meanwhile, wages may be adjusted by allowing IPKBE to pay at least 75% of their normal wages to employees. These adjustments should be made based on written agreements between IPKBE and their employees and may only be applied for periods of no longer than six months
