Creative economy actors may submit applications for intellectual property-based financing to bank or non-bank financial institutions by enclosing the following required documents and meeting the following requirements: 1) Financing proposal; 2) Must own a creative economy business and be in possession of an agreement (perikatan) that relates to the relevant intellectual property products; and 3) Must be in possession of a recordation letter or intellectual property certificate
