Upon entering to force, this Regulation has repealed and replaced Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. 8 of 2014 which has been amended several times, most recently through Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. 19 of 2024 (collectively referred to as “Regulation 8/2014”).[1]
