Mineral/Coal Mining Production-Operation RKAB Now Applicable for Three Years

Regulation 10/2023 has now adjusted the applicability period for said RKAB, which was previously set at one year, to the following periods: 1) For the exploration phase: one year; and 2) For the production - operation phase: three year period or in accordance with the relevant IUP or IUPKs (collectively referred to as "Mining Permits") remaining validity periods (for Mining Permits that are valid for less than three years).
