Chinese citizens and foreign citizens living in China may obtain the visa on arrival and limited-stay visa in Indonesia. However, they are required to give a Statement of willingness to be quarantined for a period of 14 days, as organized by the Indonesian Government

Technical land considerations may now be exempted under the following conditions: 1) If the locations and/or activities which are to be conducted in requested areas of land are already in conformity with the relevant detailed spatial planning and/or general spatial planning for urban areas; or 2) If the requested locations have been allocated for strategic land programs.

All Competent Personnel must possess competency which relates to the relevant traded services. This competency may be obtained through education, training and/or experience and should be proven through possession of competency certification

Financial institutions or sharia/conventional credit unions (koperasi simpan pinjam) may extend peoples business credit to certain types of businesses operating within the tourism sector, on condition that: 1) The businesses are classified as micro-scale or small-scale enterprises, or are established as a business group that meets certain criteria; 2) The businesses are located within 10 priority tourism destinations and/or 88 nationally strategic tourism sites, or in other locations, as determined by the Minister of Tourism

Organizers are required to submit their Self-Assessment results in the form of TKDN achievement reports to the Director-General by no later than 30 April after the year following the relevant reporting period

Indonesian film businesses are required to archive their works on a mandatory basis, while non-commercial film organizers may do so on a voluntary basis

Screening businesses are obliged to screen Indonesian films during at least 60% of their overall film screening time slots for six consecutive months

Indonesian filmmakers are required to be certified and such certification may be issued by any industry associations, professional associations and/or institutes of higher education which have officially taken on the role of certification agencies
