KSEI Issues New Decree on Extension of Service Fee Stimulus for Structured Warrant Securities Issuers

PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia ("KSEI") previously extended the stimulus period for the imposition of service fees upon Structured Warrant Securities Issuers ("PEWT") through the issuance Decree of Board of Directors of KSEI No. KEP-0016/DIR/KSEI/0422 (Decree 16/2022). KSEI has now decided to update the extension of the stimulus period for PEWT through the issuance of Decree of the KSEI Board of Directors No. KEP-0028/DIR/KSEI/0624 (Decree 28/2024), which has been in force since 28 June 2024. As a consequence, Decree 16/2022 has now been repealed and replaced.
Decree 28/2024 states that the extended stimulus period will encompass the following elements: 1) Exemption from the registration fee for initial securities of Structured Warrants and; 2) Structured Warrant annual fee waiver. The KSEI service fee stimulus will remain in force from 1 July 2024 until 31 December 2024.
