KSEI Offers Service Fee Discounts of up to 25% for e-RUPS via eASY.KSEI System

In order to further enhance the performance, technical support and features of the Electronic General Meeting of Shareholders (Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Elektronik – “e-RUPS”) system provided by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”) (collectively referred to as “eASY.KSEI”),[1] KSEI has issued Rule No. VI-D (“Rule VI-D”) as the Appendix to the Decree of the Board of Directors of KSEI No. KEP-0027/DIR/KSEI/0524 on Service Fees for KSEI Electronic General Meeting System Services (“Decree 27/2024”), which has been in force since 31 May 2024.[2]
