Minister of Manpower Establishes SKKNI for Advertising and Market Research in Advertising

The Minister of Manpower (“Minister”) recently issued Decree No. 101 of 2023 on the Stipulation of Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia – “SKKNI”) for the Professional, Scientific and Technical Activity Categories under the Main Group for Advertising and Advertising-Related Market Research  (“Decree 101/2023”), which repeals and replaces the previous SKKNI standards that featured under the framework of Regulation of the Minister No. 351 of 2014.[1]
