Wage Caps for Wage Subsidy Updated Based on 2026 Minimum Wages Across 30 Provinces

The Minister of Manpower (“Minister”) has issued Regulation of the Minister No. 16 of 2026 on the Second Amendment to Regulation of the Minister No. 10 of 2022 (“Regulation 10/2022”) on Guidelines for the Provision of Government Assistance in the Form of Wage Subsidies for Workers/Labourers (“Second Amendment”), which amends Regulation 10/2022, with the aim of maintaining workers' purchasing power to meet their living needs and their economic resilience in support of continued economic activity.[1]
