Delegated Duties, Authorities and Responsibilities for the Management of State-Owned Upstream Oil-and-Gas Goods Updated

As addressed under Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 140/PMK.06/2020, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (“Minister”), as the user of state-owned upstream oil-and-gas goods, may delegate several duties to the relevant structural officials. Against this background, the Minister has now issued Decree No. 124.K/HK.02/MEM.S/2021 on the Appointment of Officials to Implement the Management of State-Owned Upstream Oil-and-Gas Goods (“Decree 124/2021”), which specifically elaborates upon the following matters:
