New Licensing Procedures for National Construction Service Businesses

In order to meet the need for standardized business licensing processes within the construction service business sector, the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 08/PRT/M/2019 on Guidelines for National Construction Service Business Licensing Services (“Regulation 8/2019”).[1]

Prior to the issuance of Regulation 8/2019, these matters were previously addressed under Regulation of the Minister No. 04/PRT/M/2011 on Requirement Guidelines for the Granting of National Construction Service Business Licenses (“Regulation 4/2011”), which has now been repealed and replaced through the issuance of Regulation 8/2019.[2]
