The Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 51 of 2018 (“Second Amendment”) which re-amends Regulation of the Minister No. 11 of 2018 on Procedures for the Granting of Areas, Licensing and Reporting for Mineral and Coal-Mining Business Activities (“Regulation 11/2018”). Prior to the issuance of the Second Amendment, Regulation 11/2018 was amended once previously through the issuance of Regulation of the Minister No. 22 of 2018.
