Drafting Company Regulations and Collective Work Agreements

The Minister of Employment (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 28 of 2014 on Procedures for Drafting and Validating Company Regulations, and Drafting and Registering Collective Work Agreements (“2014 Regulation”).

The 2014 Regulation sets out the formal requirements and procedures for drafting and registering company regulations and collective work agreements. These documents bind and set out the rules governing the relationship between employers and employees and apply to every business in Indonesia, including those operating in the informal business sector, and both private and public companies.
