BEI Sets Five-Exchange-Day Decision Window for Complete Securities Suspension Revocation Applications Linked to Capital Increases

PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“BEI”) has issued Circular No. SE-00011/BEI/10-2026 on the Explanation of Provisions Concerning the Revocation of Securities Suspension for Listed Companies Placed on the Special Monitoring Board (“Circular 11/2026”). Circular 11/2026 follows up on Rule No. I-X on the Placement of Listing of Equity Securities on the Special Monitoring Board (“Rule I-X”) through Decree No. Kep-00139/BEI/09-2026 (“Decree 139/2026”), under which BEI may revoke a securities suspension based on an application from a listed company in connection with a corporate action.[1]
