Agro-Industry Machinery and/or Equipment Restructuring Program Unified: Mandatory INDI 4.0 Assessments and Further Domestic Machinery Incentives Introduced

The Minister of Industry (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 15 of 2026 on the Machinery and/or Equipment Restructuring Program for the Agro-Industry Sector (“Regulation 15/2026”). Upon entering into force, Regulation 15/2026 simultaneously repealed and replaced the following legal frameworks:[1]

1. Regulation of the Minister No. 42 of 2022 on the Machinery and/or Equipment Restructuring Program for the Wood Processing Industry, as amended by Regulation of the Minister No. 31 of 2024 (collectively referred to as “Regulation 42/2022”); and
2. Regulation of the Minister No. 40 of 2024 on the Machinery and/or Equipment Restructuring Program for the Food and Beverage Industry (“Regulation 40/2024”).
