The Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan – “OJK”) recently issued Regulation No. 3 of 2026 (“Regulation 3/2026”) on the Organization of the Business Activities of Securities Companies That Engage in Business Activities as Securities Underwriters (Penjamin Emisi Efek – “PEE”) and Securities Brokers (Perantara Pedagang Efek – “PPE”).
