In an attempt to enhance investment in and the development and competitiveness of domestic Indonesian industry, the Minister of Industry (“Minister”) has established a framework that sets out procedures for the issuance of technical considerations (“Considerations”) to parties who wish to secure import-duty exemption facilities (“Facilities”). This framework features under Regulation No. 3 of 2026 (“Regulation 3/2026”), which is set to come into force on 4 April 2026.[1]
