Good News for Individual Farmers: Alsintan Credit Now Accessible without Minimum Down Payments

In order to expedite the use of agricultural equipment and machinery (Alat dan Mesin Pertanian – “Alsintan”) and the distribution of credit in order to support the national food security program, the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs (“Minister”) has decided to amend Regulation of the Minister No. 3 of 2023 (“Regulation 3/2023”) on Guidelines for the Implementation of Business Credit for Alsintan (“Credit”) through the issuance of Regulation of the Minister No. 6 of 2025  (“Amendment”), which has been in force since 16 May 2025.[1]
