Industrial Reporting Update: Industrial Data Submissions Go Quarterly While LVI Takes the Cake in Data Validation Process

In 2019, the Minister of Industry (“Minister”) introduced Regulation No. 2 of 2019 (“Regulation 2/2019”) on Procedures for the Submission of Industrial Data, Industrial Zone Data, Other Data, Industrial Information and Other Information (collectively referred to as “Industrial Data and Information”) via the National Industrial Information System (Sistem Informasi Industri Nasional – “SIINas”). As its title suggests, Regulation 2/2019 outlines the applicable mechanism for submitting industrial data and information via SIINas, including various verification and validation processes.
