List of Refined, Bleached and Deodorized Palm Olein Brands with Net Weights of 25 kg Stipulated for April 2024

As originally mandated under Regulation of the Minister of Trade ("Minister") No. 46 of 2022, the Minister has now issued a list of brands of packaged refined, bleached and deodorized palm olein products that are packaged in net weights of ≤ 25 kg ("Palm Olein Brands") through the issuance of Decree No. 417 of 2024 ("Decree 417/2024"), which has been in force since 1 April 2024.
The new list of domestic and foreign Palm Olein Brands is comprehensively set out under Appendices I – II to Decree 200/2024 and broadly encompasses the following data: 1) Domestic Palm Olein Brands: 790 brands; and 2) Foreign Palm Olein Brands: 2009 brands.
It should be noted that the above-described list of Palm Olein Brands with tariff post ex 1511.90.36 will be applicable between 1 April 2024 and 31 April 2024.
