PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Issues New Decree on Futures Contract Specifications

The Director of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia has issued Decree No. Kep-00040/BEI/03-2024 ("Decree") on Futures Contract Specifications, which sets specifications for the following: 1) Stock Futures Contracts (Spesifikasi Kontrak Berjangka Saham "KBS"), as specifically addressed under Appendix I to this Decree; 2) LQ45 Securities Index Futures Contracts (KBIE LQ-45), as specifically addressed under Appendix II to this Decree; 3) IDX30 Securities Index Futures Contracts (KBIE IDX30), as specifically addressed under Appendix III to this Decree; 4) Government Securities Futures Contracts (KBSUN), as specifically addressed under Appendix IV to this Decree; and 5) Specifications of Futures Contracts for Pools of Government Securities (KBSSUN), as specifically addressed under Appendix V to this Decree.
On the date of promulgation of this Decree, specifically 25 March 2024, Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Number: Kep-000111/BEI/12-2020 will be repealed.
