Non-Electronic KKPR Implementation: An Overview of the New Guidelines

As initially mandated under Minister of Land Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (“Minister”) Regulation No. 13 of 2021 on the Implementation of the Suitability of Space Utilization Activities and the Synchronization of Space Utilization Programs (“Regulation 13/2021”), all activities that relate to the Suitability of Space Utilization Activities (Kesesuaian Kegiatan Pemanfaatan Ruang – “KKPR”) should be processed through electronic systems via the Online Single Submission (“OSS”) system.[1] It is important to highlight that Regulation 13/2021 was briefly discussed in the following previous edition of Indonesian Legal Brief:  “Government Regulates Issuance of KKKPR and PKKPR”
