Updated Requirements for Motorcycle Conversion Workshops Introduced

Matters relating to the conversion of motorcycles with internal combustion engines (“Motorcycles”) into battery-powered electric motorcycles (“e-Motorcycles”), as originally addressed under Regulation of the Minister of Transportation (“Minister”) No. PM 65 of 2020 (“Regulation 65/2020”), were recently updated through the issuance of Regulation of the Minister No. PM 39 of 2023 (“Regulation 39/2023”). Regulation 39/2023 has been in force since 28 July 2023 and simultaneously repeals and replaces Regulation 65/2020.
