Minimum Limits of 25% - 85% for TKDN Values for Construction Work Determined

In order to implement various provisions originally set out under Directive of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (“Minister”) No. 4/IN/M/2022 on the Strategy for the Prevention of the Risk of Irregularities During Goods/Services Procurement Processes at the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (“Ministry”) During the 2022 – 2024 Period, the Minister has now issued Decree No. 602/KPTS/M/2023 on the Minimum Limits for Domestic Component Levels (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri – “TKDN”) for Construction Services (“Decree 602/2023”),[1] which has been in force since 5 June 2023.[2]
