Government Updates Procedures for Procurements of Overseas Goods/Services

In an effort to set applicable procedures that are better able to meet needs that relate to the procurement of overseas goods/services (“Procurement”), the Minister of Foreign Affairs (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 3 of 2023 on Procedures for Procurements of Overseas Goods/Services (“Regulation 3/2023”).[1] Previously, matters relating to Procurements were addressed under Regulation of the Minister No. 1 of 2019 (“Regulation 1/2019”), which bore the same title as Regulation 3/2023[2] and which has now been repealed and replaced.[3]
