Govt. Regulates Delegation of Authority for the Granting of Land Rights and Organization of the Land Registry

The Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 16 of 2022 on the Delegation of Authority for the Granting of Land Rights and Land Registry Activities (“Regulation 16/2022”) in an effort to improve the services offered to the general public and make further progress in terms of bureaucratic reform through the enhancement of services and the implementation of government programs within the agrarian and spatial planning sector.[1]
