BEI Amends Provisions on Mandatory Disclosures of Information

In order to make things simpler and more convenient for listed companies in terms of their understanding and implementation of provisions that relate to disclosures of information, the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“BEI”) recently issued Decree No. KEP-00066/BEI/09-2022 (“Decree 66/2022”) on the Amendment to Regulation I-E on Information Disclosure Obligations (“Amendment to Regulation I-E”), which has revised various provisions that specifically address information disclosures, particularly in terms of the scope of information that must be disclosed.[1] As a consequence of these revisions, the following legal frameworks have now been repealed and replaced:[2]
