Govt. Revises Offshore Cash Loan Processes

In an attempt to boost Indonesia's offshore cash loans, the Minister of Finance (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 117/PMK.08/2022 on Procedures for the Organization of Offshore Cash Loans (“Regulation 117/2022”), which will now serve as the new legal basis for the procurement of offshore cash loans, hereby repeals and replaces the previous framework of Regulation of the Minister No. 172/PMK.08/2017 (“Regulation 172/2017”), which bore the same title.[1]
