OJK Introduces Draft Circular on the Amendment to the Reassessment of Banks' Primary Parties

In response to the issuance of Regulation of the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan – “OJK”) No. 14/POJK.03/2021, which amends Regulation of OJK No. 34/POJK.03/2018 on the Reassessment of the Primary Parties of Financial Services Institutions (Regulation 34/2018),[1] the OJK is currently preparing a new Draft Circular (“Draft Circular”) which will amend the current Circular of OJK No. 9/SEOJK.03/2019 on the Reassessment of the Primary Parties of Banks (“Circular 9/2019”).[2]
