Updated Provisions on the Filing and Examination of Objections to KPPU Decisions

In order to implement various provisions that specifically address the filing of objections, as originally set out under Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation, which introduced a number of changes to the framework of Regulation of the Supreme Court (Mahkamah Agung – “MA”) No. 3 of 2019 (“Regulation 3/2019”)[1], the MA has now issued Regulation No. 3 of 2021 (“Regulation 3/2021”) on Procedures for the Filing and Examination of Objections to Decisions of the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha - “KPPU”).[2]
