Draft Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology on the Operation of the Broadcasting Sector

Following the issuance of Regulation of the Government No. 5 of 2021 on the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing (“Regulation 5/2021”)[1] and Regulation of the Government No. 46 of 2021 on Post, Telecommunications and Broadcasting (“Regulation 46/2021”),[2] the Minister of Communication and Information Technology (“Minister”) is currently preparing a Draft Regulation on the Operation of Broadcasting (“Draft Regulation”), which, when it is finally introduced, will update the regulatory framework that applies to the broadcasting sector.
