Procedures for the Registration, Selection and Determination of Pre-Employment Card Recipients Through the Use of the Off-Network Method Regulated

In an effort to implement the various provisions originally set out under Regulation of the Coordinating Minister of Economic Affairs No. 11 of 2020 on the Implementation of Regulation of the President No. 36 of 2020, as amended by Regulation of the President No. 76 of 2020, the Minister of Manpower (“Minister”) has now issued Regulation No. 17 of 2020 on Business Processes and Procedures for the Registration, Selection and Determination of Pre-Employment Card Recipients Through the Use of the Off-Network Method (“Regulation 17/2020”).[1]
