Govt. to Implement the Single-Data Policy for Employment Data

In order to implement various provisions originally set out under Regulation of the President No. 39 of 2019 on Indonesia Single Data (“Regulation 39/2019”), which is aiming to integrate all data produced by both central and regional government agencies (“Government Agencies”) into a single system,[1] the Minister of Manpower (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 15 of 2020 on Employment Single Data (“Regulation 15/2020”), which will ultimately integrate all employment data (“Data”) deriving from Government Agencies under a single system.[2]
