National Economic Recovery Program: Fund Placement Mechanism Renewed

In an effort to improve the implementation of the National Economic Recovery Program (Program Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional – “PEN Program”), the Minister of Finance (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 104/PMK.05/2020 of 2020 (“Regulation 104/2020”), which renews the guidelines on the placement of funds by the government, as part of the implementation of the PEN Program. Previously, said guidelines were provided under the following regulations (collectively referred to as “Previous Regulations”):[1]
