Govt. Guarantees Sharia Financing Facilities for the Development of Electrical Infrastructure by PLN

In a bid to offer improved assurances in relation to the provision of guarantees for loans which are obtained by PLN and which are utilized in order to accelerate the development of electrical infrastructure, the Minister of Finance (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 135/PMK.08/2019 on the Amendment (“Amendment”) to Regulation of the Minister No. 130/PMK.08/2016 on Procedures for the Granting of Government Guarantees for the Acceleration of the Development of Electrical Infrastructure (“Regulation 130/2016”).[1]
