Technical Considerations for Imports of Iron or Steel, Alloy Steel and Their Derivative Products

In tandem with Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 110 of 2018 on Import Provisions for Iron, Steel, Alloy Steel and Their Derivative Products (“Regulation 110/2018”), the Minister of Industry (“Minister”) has also issued Regulation No. 1 of 2019 on Technical Considerations for Imports of Iron or Steel, Alloy Steel and Their Derivative Products (“Regulation 1/2019”), which addresses various matters relating to technical considerations (“Considerations”) for imports of iron or steel, alloy steel and their derivative products (collectively referred to as “Products”).[1]
