The Minister of Law and Human Rights (“Minister”) has eased procedures for the obtaining of both visa and stay permits for foreign workers through the issuance of Regulation No. 16 of 2018 on Procedures for the Issuance of Visa and Stay Permits for Foreign Workers (“Regulation 16/2018”).[1]
