The 2016 Minimum Wage for West Java Province

The Governor of West Java (“Governor”) has determined the 2016 Minimum Wage for all regencies and cities in West Java Province. This policy is stipulated by Governorial Decree No. 561/KEP.1322-BANGSOS/2015 on the Minimum Wage for Regencies andCities in West Java Province for 2016 (“2015 Decree”).
 
Previously, the 2015 Minimum Wage was regulated under Decree No. 561/Kep.1581-Bangsos/2014, as amended by Decree No. 561/Kep.1722-Bangsos/2014 (“2014 Decree”).
 
The 2015 Decree is relevant to all businesses and workers in West Java Province.
