Income Tax Concessions for Tourism Businesses

The Minister of Tourism has issued Regulation No. 9 of 2015 on the Criteria and Requirements for Income Tax Concessions Utilization Pertaining to Investment in Tourism Area Businesses (“2015 Regulation”).

Article 9 (4) of Government Regulation No. 18 of 2015 on Income Tax Concessions for Investment in Certain Fields and/or Areas (“PP 2015”)[1] stipulates the mandatory criteria and requirements that must be fulfilled by taxpayers before they are able to take advantage of income tax facilities.[2]
