Restraints on Gratification at Ministry of Industry

In the spirit of the eradication of corruption from government bureaucracies, the Minister of Industry (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 19/M-IND/PER/2/2015 on Restraints on Gratification at the Ministry of Industry (“Regulation”).

Under the Regulation, the Minister stipulates specific guidelines to restrict payments of gratification at offices of the Ministry of Industry (“Ministry”), by specifying the scope of gratification and reporting mechanisms to its internal Gratification Restraint Unit (Unit Pengendalian Gratifikasi - UPG).
