The Minister of Communication and Information Technology (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 36 of 2014 on Registration Procedures for Electronic Systems Provider (“2014 Regulation”).

The 2014 Regulation implements Article 5 (5) of Government Regulation No. 82 of 2012 on Organizing Electronic Systems and Transactions, which mandates the Minister to establish a mechanism for registering electronic systems that are designed by electronic systems providers (“Providers”).[1]
