President Issues Regulation on Roadmap for Health and Worker Social Security Performance

Presidential Regulation No. 74 of 2014 on Guidelines for Establishing the Health and Worker Social Security Roadmaps (“Regulation”) has been issued to support the implementation of systematic and focused social security programs for health coverage and worker social security by the Social Security Agency (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Social – “BPJS”).[1]

The Regulation is a guideline  for determining directions and steps to be taken by  the BPJS for its health and worker social security programs (“Roadmap”),[2] and is relevant to the Minister of People’s Welfare (“Minister”), Health BPJS, Worker BPJS, the National Social Security Board (Dewan Jaminan Sosial Nasional – “DJSN”), relevant ministries/institutions, and regional governments.
